Syrian News Agency Sana is back on Google

SyrianArabNewsAgency.jpg

The Syrian News Agency Sana is back on the search engines of Google.

But the Google search engines give now two different results for 'latest news Sana'.

The first research counts about 32,800,000 results.

The second (false) research counts about 12,300 results.

A lot of links on Google to Sana are dead or are made inaccessible.

That's not coming as a surprise.

On 3.14.12, the Defense Department’s best-known geek announced that she was leaving the Pentagon for a job at Google...

Comment: 'I don't think that Sana's website is unreachable because of the server is 'probably overloaded'.  I believe the server has been blocked by the Pentagon that is publishing now all kind of stories about the 'victorious offensive of the Free Libyan Army', that is justly recognized by the French and British government.  It is part of the American war propaganda.
As we know, Obama signed a secret order authorizing U.S. support for Syrian armed groups and terrorists seeking to depose Syrian President Bashar al-Assad and his government.  Obama’s order, approved earlier this year and known as an intelligence “finding,” broadly permits the CIA and other U.S. agencies to provide support that could help the terrorists oust Assad.  C.I.A. officers are operating secretly in southern Turkey. Weapons, including automatic rifles, rocket-propelled grenades, ammunition and some antitank weapons, are being funneled mostly across the Turkish border by way of a shadowy network of intermediaries including Syria’s Muslim Brotherhood and paid for by Turkey, Saudi Arabia and Qatar.
Thanks for the nice statistics.'

  • Robert Zaal (RNW)
  • Frank Volmer (TMG)
  • Eric Smit (FTM)
  • Philippe Remarque (de Volkskrant)
  • Jan de Jong (NOS)
  • Piet Bakker (lector crossmediale kwaliteitsjournalistiek HU)
  • Ronnie Overgoor (7ditches)

Leiding: Marianne Zwagerman en Yoeri Albrecht.

Start om 20.00 uur.

Hashtag: #RDJ12

Latest News Syria: Google censorship

Barack Obama speaking at Google HQ in 2007.jpg

Google is actually censoring the news of the Syrian Arab News Agency SANA.

That's not coming as a complete surprise.

On 3.14.2012, America's Defense Department’s best-known geek announced that she was leaving the Pentagon for a job at Google. Google is actually censoring the news of the Syrian Arab News Agency SANA.

Google censorship comes just at the moment that France and Britain have recognized the so called 'opposition' as the 'legal representative of the Syrian people'.
At the same time, Western press comes with the story that the 'Syrian rebels take an airbase in slow progress toward Damascus'.

NATO and its puppets of the western press, used the same scenario in the bombing and occupation of Libya.
So it is very clear that the censorship and misleading information are part of the western military 'offensive' and the terrorist bombs attacks of the small American-British mercenary army which were 'in the strongest terms condemned' by US Secretary General Ban Ki-moon.

Syria has previously seen large outages in July and August this year, each lasting less than an hour and only affecting targeted areas.

During the uprising in Egypt, four major internet service providers were cut off in the country during mass protests against the (American backed) then-President Hosni Mubarak. Egyptians quickly found ways around the blocks.

In Libya, internet blackouts were common in areas that were at the time still controlled by Colonel Gaddafi.

Some time ago, Obama signed a secret order authorizing U.S. support for Syrian armed groups and terrorists seeking to depose Syrian President Bashar al-Assad and his government.

Google censorship

A few days ago, Google gave a 200.000.000 search results for 'latest News Syria Sana' but most of the links to Sana's website were inacceptible or dead.
Today there are only 12,500 search results and
only the messages of the Western press are visible. The name 'Syrian Arab News Agency Sana' even no longer exists on Google that supports the American colonial wars and works together with the Pentagon.

Syria: U.S. backed terrorist bombing journalists

bomb attack on Press TV cars.2.12.2012.jpg

Syrian security forces have arrested suspects in connection with an explosion that destroyed vehicles belonging to Press TV and al-Alam television networks in the Syrian capital, Damascus.

Dec 2, 2012

Syrian security guards said Friday that the bomb explosion occurred near Press TV’s office in Damascus after a man was caught on camera sticking something to a car.

The bomb ripped through six vehicles, including an SNG truck. It, however, did not cause any casualties.

According to reports, the bomber escaped the scene of the attack minutes before the blast.

Foreign-backed Syrian militants, seeking to overthrow President Bashar al-Assad, have on several occasions attacked Syrian and international journalists.

Press TV correspondent Maya Nasser was killed by sniper fire on September 26 while reporting live on air. Hosein Mortada, who serves as Damascus bureau chief for both the English-language Press TV and Arabic-language al-Alam news networks, was also wounded in the attack.

The pair covered the aftermath of the massive twin explosions that hit the Syrian Army headquarters in Damascus.

Syria has been experiencing unrest since March 2011. Many people, including large numbers of army and security personnel, have been killed in the turmoil.

The Syrian government says the chaos is being orchestrated from outside the country, and there are reports that a very large number of the militants are foreign nationals.

On May 7, 1999, NATO fired 3 missiles from different angles to attack the Embassy of China in Yugoslavia, which killed 3 Chinese journalists and injured more than 20. The building of the embassy was seriously damaged. U.S. officials and NATO said the attack on the Chinese Embassy was "a mistake" based on "faulty information".
